We all know the orthodontic exercise is one that requires a lot of cooperation on your part in order to achieve the beautiful smile that we want you to have. As you know, Dr. Misuraca isn't real excited when you come in for your appointment with broken braces or not wearing your rubber bands. You know, the bad stuff that interferes with your orthodontic progress! Well, here is your chance to earn prizes for not having the bad stuff and at the same time make Dr. Misuraca happy because your treatment is going smoothly. We call it earning Misuraca Money!

At each visit, you can earn Misuraca Money for prizes.  Patients must have good clean teeth and healthy gums in order to participate in the Misuraca Money Rewards Program.  Patients can keep their Misuraca Money in their complimentary Misuraca Money Bank.  Misuraca Money may be turned in at any time. With Misuraca Money, a patient can select prizes like gift certificates, toys, movie rentals, electronics, etc.

How to Redeem Misuraca Money
At the end of each regularly scheduled appointment take your chart showing the total number of Misuraca Money coins earned to the front desk to pick up your coins. You may cash in at any time or save as many as you like; there is no expiration date.

 RULES

  1. Misuraca Money is awarded at your regular appointments.
    Walk -ins or emergencies do not apply.
  2. The amount of Misuraca Money you earn is up to you.
  3. A prize cabinet will be filled with current prizes available. They may change from time to time. Not all prizes will always be available.
  4. Your Misuraca Money is your responsibility. It is just like real money; if it’s 
    lost it’s gone.
  5. Once you spend your Misuraca Money, you must earn more to purchase more prizes.
  6. Your assistant will be the judge of good oral hygiene.
  7. You must bring a signed form from your regular dentist showing that you kept your 6 month check up.
  8. If you refer someone to our office be sure they mention your name.
