Payment Options
Following Dr. Misuraca's comprehensive clinical exam, the Treatment Coordinator will discuss with you the treatment fee* and provide you with several, flexible payment options; working with your budget and your payment needs. Many of our patients take advantage of our no-interest monthly payment plan or our payment-in-full discount. In addition, we offer Smart Care - Campus Federal, Care Credit and Chase Health Advance as outside financing sources. Family discounts are also available.
As a courtesy, we will verify your insurance benefits and assist you in completing and filing insurance claim forms for orthodontic treatment. We will also accept benefit payments directly from your insurance provider.

*Our treatment fee includes all beginning, progress, and final x-rays, all treatment visits, retainers at the completion of treatment and one year of follow-up retainer visits to insure that beautiful new smile is being maintained.
